2. Cancellation by Customers

Customers may cancel their bookings under the following conditions:

• More than 48 hours before the activity: Eligible for a full refund, subject to a processing fee of 5% of the booking amount.
• Within 48 hours of the activity: Non-refundable, except in cases of exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies, subject to verification).
• No-shows or late arrivals: No refunds will be issued for failure to attend or arriving late to the scheduled activity.

3. Cancellation by Vip Dubai Desert Safari

In the event that VIP DUBAI DESERT SAFARI cancels an activity due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, operational issues), customers will be offered:

• A full refund of the booking amount, or
• An option to reschedule the activity for a later date, subject to availability.

4. Refund Process

5. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services, such as special event tickets or promotional packages, may be non-refundable. This will be clearly stated at the time of booking.

Changes to booking dates or times may be accommodated subject to availability and may incur an administrative fee. Please contact us to discuss modifications.
